No problems here...WU upgrade from '351. Offline portion about 16 minutes, again. Nice.
When closing the three dots menu (or "ellipsis menu") of some apps, the animation stops for a moment and then continues, this small bug is present in build 18353 and in build 18850.
Bug in the three dots menu.
Slow mo.
Just in case anyone else feels the same way I do, here's a link to my post about Microsoft giving us a taste of new features then taking them back in the next Build: Feedback Hub - Windows Insider
After installing each new Build of Windows 10, be it the Fast Ring, Slow Ring or Skip Ahead, I’m asked:
“How likely are you to recommend this build of Windows 10 to a friend or colleague?”
First, let me say that each new Build, whether it be 1809, 183xx, or 188xx, Windows 10 seems to be getting faster and more stable as we progress. However, I do have some real problems with the way “new features” are parsed out to Insiders.
Lately, there has been an A/B status where Insiders may get one or more of the new features being worked on by the Dev Team. That, in and of itself, is good; however . . .
Some new features: “Start Menu Popup (left side expansion)”, “Sandbox”, “Friendly Dates”, “Settings Banner”, etc. have been eliminated for some Insiders, while other may still have it. This is particularly unacceptable.
When I start testing a new feature, it should stay available to me rather than disappear in the next Build or two! This is not conducive to good testing and is rather confusing.
Friendly Dates stopped working for me in this build. The option is gone in Folder Options. The registry value is still set to 1, though.
