When I revert back from the last 2 previous builds I have the start menu pop up, in the last 2 builds after a few reboots it goes away..don't know @Wynona mentioned the a and b testers maybe in the latest builds their separating features to different users
Statistically, I should get the a/b feature now and then but I am obviously blacklisted as I NEVER get them - LOL.

    Hi folks

THANKS Ms -- this build fixes language problem - 2nd display language which has had problems for the last few builds - at least if you install this build via UPDATE --haven't tested clean install yet though , works in a VM including attaching USB devices to the VM, themes working and performs decently.

The Skippy build fails with the language part (add another display language and it gets hoplessly mixed up with bits in one lang and bits in another -- almost unuseable !!!) but works just fine on this build.

Office, Photoshop and other programs on my system also working properly -- apart from SKY GO which has never worked on a VM anyway.

If you enable 3D and hardware acceleration in the VM then things like KODI work brillantly too -- KODI is better than VLC for playing ripped DVD ISO's (and Blu Ray ISO's) with menus etc wfrom these isos stored on a NAS server.

just also noticed -- seems to be a new icon for mapping Network.

So for one I'm reasonably happy with this build --- I do want though a long standing niggle of the 266 char path and file name restriction to be removed -- it's possible that internally in the kernel this has been fixed but since most applications when search for files via a browser type application use the windows explorer API which still has the restriction in it.

So looking forward to next fast build.

    Cheers
    jimbo

Can someone tell me what are the advantages/disadvantages of reserved storage?

It's really to make sure that you have sufficient disk space available to do updates & upgrades.

I play Solitaire when I'm thinking about something or trying to solve a problem because it's mindless and doesn't require thought to play.

Well, for the last couple or three Skip Ahead Builds (and 1809 too), Microsoft has seen fit to make the ads presented to us so loud they nearly blast me out of my chair. I have sound set at 31, but when an ad pops up, it's at least 80 and possibly 100! So, I filed a complaint with Feedback Hub:

If you play Solitaire and have the same problem, please upvote.
I play the old-school Solitaire from Win7 - I think you can still get it from Winaero. I can't stand ads, and I would rather not have Solitaire than play it with ads - noisy or not.
