The fix made in the Action Center with this CU has caused this "bug":

Total transparency before the Acrylic blur appears.

Four months ago, when this same fix was made in the insider build 18267, the Action center was also affected by this same "bug", something I mentioned here, I'm not sure if Microsoft considers this a bug or not (the fact that they haven't fixed it in all this time makes me think that they don't consider it a bug), but many users (including me) didn't like this change at all, that transparency before Acrylic appears doesn't look good.
Maybe it's not a bug, maybe it's intentional.

I hadn't even noticed it until you mentioned it.

Speaking of DISM and cleanup. I'm in the process of creating an ISO for ARM64 using UUP-Dump and right now the scripts are cleaning up the image because they injected latest CU into the image.

To me it looks more like it's mining Bitcoins than actually doing some real work. CPU-usage at constant 35-42% and not much of disk activity. This is the same behavior we sometimes see with WU. It just consumes a lot of CPU resources but it looks like it's not doing much.
TiWorker.exe beating it's brains out. Happens every time. Thrash, thrash, thrash....a surge of I/O, rinse, repeat.

And virtually every time, it limits itself to 1, maybe 2, threads out of 8 on my box. MS mystery #38194.

@Mooly May I know the reason behind you want to run /ResetBase&pause?

I didn't get this on either of my machines. I'm on Release Preview and that makes me wonder if this update is essentially the same as .346...
Note you won't get these interim updates if you have deferred feature updates but you will receive the Patch Tuesday updates.

I don't have anything deferred. I'm on Release Preview. I always get every update the moment it's published, except for this one.

@khanmein Main reason was because I lost 3Gb by doing these updates and a normal but full disk clean didn't improve things.

There is definitely something very off in the kernel of this Windows version, especially with this CU. I am setting up my Raspberry Pi 3 using the ARM64 binaries and I get completely random BSODS. v1803 went in smoothly on first try, not even once did I see a BSOD.

I have had to uninstall this update as it broke ESET Smart Security (v10.1.219.0). Did anyone else have this problem. I couldn't even produce logs from ESET so I have no way of diagnosing the problem but it has resolved since uninstalling the update.
