I just did a new installation of Windows on Feb 18th, now after this update I couldn't connect to the iTunes store and the Windows Store app became slow and I couldn't check for updates within the app.

I ended up having to uninstall my network drivers, do a netsh winsock reset and reinstall iTunes.

Strangely out of band, seems to me.
Not really, updates do tend to speed up when there's a major release just around the corner

I was wondering that as well. I'm back on the RP Ring and have only got the .NET update.

    UPDATE
I got tired of waiting so just updated manually.
Same here, Doogie. I downloaded the 64 bit MSU on this machine, and let it update. However, I just booted my Teaching Lappy and the CU was waiting for me, so I updated naturally on that one.

Updated to 17763.348 CU-KB4482887 on two systems at the office with no problems and a fairly quick (less then 15 Min) turnaround. So far so good.

Is the date for 19H1 already official or you are guessing?

March '19 is when they put to bed all the final bits of 19H1, hence 1903.......release?? Who knows.

Noticed that now, with this cumulative, the public out-in-the-wild Win 10 is a higher level than Release Preview. 17763.348 vs 17763.346. I fired up my RP and got nothing. I was expecting it to be there.

Thanks for the answer!. And that's probably why, according to an article from ZDNet:

For most Slow Ring Windows Insiders, the long wait for a new test build ended today with the release of Microsoft's Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18342.8 (19H1). But for some Slow Ring testers, the wait continues: Due to a GSOD glitch

that's causing many Chinese games to crash on launch, PCs with base language ZH-CN will not receive this update. Microsoft is also blocking upgrades for users of the most common games affected by the GSOD. Once users uninstall the affected games, they can get the update.
