Upgraded from 1809 to this build,I had to uninstall the battleye service to be eligible for upgrade.
No issues yet, seems really snappy,

Decoupling Cortana from Start was such a bad ideea, the transition is so bad..

Hey guys, when the release goes public do we get that release? And is the public release gonna have reserved storage cause I took it off with this build...

    Hello Steven,

We'll have the public release before it goes public. When it goes public, Fast will move on to 19H2 Insider builds.

The public build should have reserved storage just as we do, but you can enable or disable it at will.

Have set up triple boot with fast, slow and skip ahead. Also managed to change the boot screen labels.

I did the reg fix which is why I don't have it now but when clean installing from a iso it comes by default, I was wondering if I clean install the pub release if it can be disabled as well...we see the changes only the build after.....thanks brink

As I said in this comment, the Fast ring will receive builds of 19H2 and Skip Ahead will continue to receive builds of 20H1.

Hopefully, that may change in the future, or at least see the changes after a new cumulative update for a new build.

I've run into a problem with build 348.1 that I also ran into with build 346.1 -- after mounting the ISO I made (using the tutorial Kari wrote), and running the setup.exe file, the installation hangs on "Making sure you're ready to install". It's been sitting there now for 20 minutes and I'm about to close it. With build 346.1, I closed the install window after 30 minutes -- and then restored 342.1 from an MR image backup.

    Anyone else run into this?

    Any suggestions?

Make a bootable usb with the iso
    It works.
Boot with the USB and clean install
You can use Rufus to do so

Sorry, not interested in doing a clean install at this point. Probably will do it when the RTM comes out, but not before.

Also, have tried doing it with Windows Update, and that appears to be working.

UPDATE: Took nearly two hours using WU, hung on 14% for over an hour, then on 63% for nearly a half-hour, but continued through the rest. But after the reboots finished, I am BACK on build 18342.1!

Thinking I might have clicked the wrong button when the offer came up to upgrade now or later, I decided to run WU again -- same results.
