I am so used to slow upgrades, that these last few fast ones have really positively surprised me. Like this one, doing upgrade from ISO, it took 40 minutes from start to upgraded desktop. That time includes everything: time required to download upgrade files from UUP Dump, creating ISO, mounting ISO and running Windows Setup, online phase, offline phase and that last annoying bit "This might take a few minutes" after you sign in first time after upgrade.

I've just kicked off the DLs from UUPDUMP.ml.

Installing now. Positively ripped through "Getting things ready," and already downloading. I agree with @Kari that things seem to be going a bit faster of late.
