Don't celebrate too soon. Let us know if it's still there tomorrow morning
Your right I shouldnt get my hopes up, I know it wasn't their and then with the mach2 it came back. I guess if it disappears I have to mach 2 lol

Hopefully in the final release I won't be needing to do this, I'll keep up posted if it disappears again !

It's fairly useless so I wouldn't be disappointed if they dropped it.

With the last 2 builds I linked my phone without a problem, did u put your number and get the text to install the app on your phone? I was able to link and unlink I can test later on this build but the last week we're ok
Sorry, probably didn't make myself clear. I wasn't asking about the experience of trying to link your phone and your computer, I was asking for what purpose do you link your phone and your computer? What benefit do you get from it, and how do you use them together?

With a android phone you can see and write texts with the your phone app on your pc and also send pictures from your device to your PC, but with a iPhone it's limited to just sending web pages from edge to your phone and PC...so In a nutshell.. android=texts and pics from your phone and pc and iPhone=just webpages from your device to edge....

(1/2)Many of you are asking why we haven't released a #SlowRing flight in a while. We have a GSOD that's caused by a very common scenario around gaming anti-cheat codes. Unfortunately the fix is in the hands of our 3rd party partner company that we're working with them on...

(2/2) Looking at our #SlowRing population, MANY of you play these games so your machines would be very difficult to use--we are committed to releasing Slow builds that are high quality so this is why we're holding the build

Thanks for the heads up Brink, I've been waiting a while for a Slow Ring build. Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer

That makes sense. Insider builds ran into an issue with BattlEye once before. Since I have games installed that use BattlEye, I can't even upgrade via ISO. Hopefully MS and the BE people figure it out sooner than later.

Two VMs are updating right now on Fedora 29 which is what I'm using until Fedora 30 branched is released (it seems to be delayed). On one of them I successfully created the ISO using uuptoiso. The other is a remote ESXi VM. I am looking to run uupdump on Linux but under Fedora the required sub programs are a bit difficult to locate. Perhaps I will replace Fedora with Ubuntu or Debian where these programs are easier to install. Another VM I think I'll leave on the slow Ring and wait for that release. Seems like that might bump up to the 1903 "final release" but I guess we will see. As I am aging along with the Insider Program I seem to (reluctantly) more patient.

Okay. Thanks for the update. I prefer texting on my phone, because I'm used to using flow typing, but the ability to send a pic from the phone to the computer without having to plug it in might be worth doing it.
