The header also disappeared in my case, maybe Microsoft is going to make some changes and then re-implement it, remember that this header is enabled by Microsoft via server.

I guess they're removing everything incomplete and distracting from these builds so they can focus on the real code changes they're supposed be working on.

The less bloat or moving parts, the easier it will be to make drastic changes in the core OS.

Must have been some timed fuse, I haven't had any updates but for WD. My updates are on manual and I would know. If it's neither of them than it's scary.
