Since this update, I have lost Windows Notifications for Macrium Reflect. It is not showing under Notifications and I can not figure a way to add it. Anyone else notice this?

One thing you can try is to see if it has not been blocked through controlled folder access (CFA). The way to do that is: Win key + I > Click on Settings (cogwheel) > Update & Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Manage Ransomware Protection (at the bottom) > Allow an app through CFA > Click Add an allowed App > Choose Recently blocked apps. From there, in the panel that appears scroll to see if MR has been blocked at any level. If so , click the + sign before it to remove it from being blocked

Really hope that can help. The thing is sometimes CFA can block an app unbeknownst to you (false positive).

Thanks IronZorg89 for suggestion, but I don't have Controlled Folder Access turned on. However, I have noted today, notifications for Macrium backup are working again, even tho it isn't shown in Notifications section. Who knows? Appreciate your reply tho.

Most welcome!. Was only trying to help. I used to have a problem with MR not showing in the notification area (system tray) during a backup. Maybe you should check with their forum and I am pretty sure you will find an answer to your issue, because sometimes it might be MR-related. Cheers!

    Regarding Disk Cleanup:

I ended up reinstalling from a Macrium backup and downloading this update again.
This time the Disk Cleanup -> Clean up system files -> Windows Update Cleanup
worked properly and removed the 2.05GB
