No I haven't used ACDSee, because Paint does exactly what I need it to do. I try to avoid extra bloat on my computer as much as possible. If I ever need something more powerful than Paint, I will most likely install GIMP or Blender, depending if I need it for image manipulation or for textures.
This is now a reported issue with MS
The suggestions on this forum that you can delete using CMD or Powershell, worked for some. Moving as well as deleting and the like could also be performed in Safe Mode.
None of these are particularly convenient to heavy users of .mkv files.
A solution has been found. install K-Lite codec pack.
Thereafter life will return to normal

IE11 keeps turning the Menu bar and my Roboform password bar off, everytime that I close the window, I have to disable the Roboform and menu bar then restart IE11 and re check the Menu bar and then re enable the Roboform. they won't stay on??
this is after the 18334 19H1 update. Please help. does the 20h1 fix this?? I use chrome, but my parents us IE11, and they use the menu bar a lot. help.
MS is officially discouraging people from using IE, I doubt they will ever fix it (intentionally). Better switch them to Firefox for instance, one of my main requirements for a browser is to have properly functioning Menu bar and falling menus. IE is bound to disappear soon anyway.
