Yes, but it's gone now. There was a Feedback link above it, and when I clicked, everything disappeared. So, I'm still not sure what it was, but since it disappeared with Feedback Hub, I think it may have been legit.
Which brings another thought. I think I'll try the link in my post to see what happens for me. I have my External drive for my Macrium backups unplugged so if anything untoward happens, I can restore.
You have to remove the spaces:. When I did that I ended up atCode:https://aka.ms/UpdateDevice
Code:https://ux.microsoft.com/?WinUpdate_v3
https://ux.microsoft.com/?WinUpdate_v3
This link appears to say they will called during a two hour windows tomorrow (2/15 8:30AM -10:30 AM PST)Ananoymous 5-10 min call regarding the latest update experience which I suppose is today. I hope for an update today - maybe the promised 19H2 build. This build is boring.
OK, mystery solved . . . the link is indeed from Microsoft, so if anyone else gets a notification with aka.ms in the link, it's legit!
If I've done everything correctly, I'm set up to receive a call between 8:30 and 10:30 Redmond, WA time. I always get it wrong, but I think it's 9:30 my time in WA now.
I'll report later, if it happens, and if I'm not sworn to silence. I can at least say if the call happens.
Edit: I never got a call from Microsoft's engineers. I guess they didn't need my input after all.

My mouse speed has become excessive to the point where even the slowest pointer speed is too fast
Not sure exactly when this started but likely within the last handful of builds
It's not the mouse per se (an Anker upright mouse) as other mice appear to be similarly affected
Any ideas?
