I think that now it's 1903 & release rather than 1809 & prerelease means it it just about feature complete.

Oh! I'm gonna go try that! How long has it been possible? I haven't tried High Contrast in a long time, since it's as bright as bright white.

Methinks they learned a lesson with fall update. Should be going to home stretch in a month if they are to meet deadline.

Went there, but it wouldn't let me change the way dark black background.
