The fixes of the two bugs in the Action center are not mentioned (the fix of the bug that has to do with allowing apps in the background and the fix of the bug that makes notifications disappear), I guess Microsoft doesn't consider those fixes "key changes", although this is, let's say, "normal", I remember that, when they back-ported this feature or "fix", they never mentioned it and that has happened with other fixes.

I'll take that back, on my office desktop it installed before the .229 update and on my Frontdesk desktop it was installed in the middle of some Office updates before the 292 update

    Hi there
that's just the date of the latest copyright -- needs to be renewed every so often as I believe that if not renewed after "X" number of years - I don't know the value of X though - the copyright expires and becomes public domain -- that's why so much good stuff is available legally on things like the gutenberg project etc.

Just wondering... When is the New Year celebrated in Redmond?

    Attachment 221894
They are not changing the year in copyright in case of cumulative updates. For version 1809 there will be 2018 forever. 2019 will be for 19H1 final build or shorly before that.

Update failed on all 8 of my computers with error 0x800f0986 on all of them. However it did install on my 2 laptops and on and my Release Preview computer. I even tried to install from the msu package.
