I think when MS pops a CU in the Release Preview (Test Bed), they keep it the same and just add more tweaks and fixes until it's ready to shove over public as one KB CU. They've been better at that since the October debacle.

build 17763.292 is basically KB4476976 V2 as Deskmodder.de points out [site in german language] (uup dump links to them listed there)

These are non-security fixes being tested in the release preview ring. You'll get them soon enough, these fixes (and more) will be in the next 'Patch Tuesday' release.
