Menu Bar in IE 11 works fine here. You know, updates seem to turn it off - right click on the title bar and select it if you haven't
An update has never turned it off for me before, try turning yours off and on see if it works afterwards?

I signed out to let some registry settings take effect, and now that I signed back in, no menu bar in IE! It was still ticked as turned on - I turned it off and on again, no joy. Oh well.

Wait... I turned it off, quit IE, started it back up, turned in on, and... the menu bar was there! Whoa! I'm sure that would be a clue to the right person in MS-land...

But you have to go through that sequence every time you want to use it. Turn off/on uncheck menu, turn off turn on then recheck menu. Wooooah.

Nothing I do works to make menu bar work—-been that way for several insider builds.
Just checking that you have not forgotten the most obvious solution, happens to me every now and then: Have you tried simply to press left ALT key? In IE11, it toggles menu bar ON / OFF.

I was not suggesting it as a solution to the problem - merely that it might be a clue as to the underlying problem. A big PITA for anyone that uses IE regularly...

Works perfectly on my devices, as it has done in all previous builds, too.

No problem then! Except, it doesn't work here. Every installation of Windows seems somehow different. Even people who have identical machines have different issues on them. Sometimes it seems like nobody knows what's going on, least of all MS - Windows is overly-complex and indeterminate.
