    @Brink:
    A tweet has been made regarding another known issue update in this build, by Brandon LeBlanc, about windows subsystem for linux being broken in this build and will trigger a bugcheck.

    IE menu bar has been working fine for several builds already, on my specific system; If all else fails, I would try to reset the browser or it's advanced settings section from the known supported locations, within internet options.

    Of all my insider computers, the oldest, one with only 4 gb memory, Intel centrino ii, slower than molasses on a cold winter day - actually completed and restarted as expected!

    The update completed on 35 minutes and 2 reboots only.

    The [Downloads Folder] until now seems to be OK but, we will see later because it was/is disappearing after a long sleep.

    Menu Bar in IE 11 works fine here. You know, updates seem to turn it off - right click on the title bar and select it if you haven't
