Wow! Sandbox now opens, so guess I have to figure out how to use it.

Can I save something I'm not sure of into Sandbox from the 'net?

    Correct.

Enable or Disable Windows Sandbox in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    Using Windows Sandbox

    • To start Windows Sandbox (if enabled), open the Start menu, enter Windows Sandbox and then select it.
    • When prompted by UAC, click/tap on Yes.
    • Copy (Ctrl+C) an executable file from the host.
    • Paste (Ctrl+V) the executable file in the window of Windows Sandbox (on the Windows desktop).
    • Run the executable in the Windows Sandbox; if it is an installer go ahead and install it.
    • Run the application in the Windows Sandbox and use it as you normally do.
    • When you’re done experimenting, you can simply close the Windows Sandbox application, and click/tap on OK to confirm. All sandbox content will be discarded and permanently deleted.

Updated "Known Issue" in release notes for 18317 in first post.

[UPDATED] Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) will likely cause a bugcheck (GSOD) when using certain Linux binaries such as VI and tar. If you require WSL to work, please pause taking flights until the issue is fixed.

    Hi folks
Haven't installed this build yet -- anybody tried that problem with lock when you add second language and go to advanced settings to change the lock screen and welcome screen to the second language.

I need this feature to work

    Cheers

@Brink Looks like WSL is OK.

My laptop installed this build on the first try. On my desktop I'm getting ready for try number four. the first two restarts reverted back to the previous build. On the third try I got a message that the update failed because of pending updates. It was a driver update for my video card. I did the driver update and now Windows Update is downloading the build all over again.
