    This update takes about 3 minutes total from the time you press "check for updates" until the restart is over and you are using the computer again. A very minor update indeed.

    Do I need build 18312 for this patch? Oh shoot...I do need it. Wish I could get it installed. I'm stuck and can't be bothered to clean install...

    You should also be able to restart via the Windows Update notification in Action Center, or just restart computer as usual via Start menu.
