Since this update I’m having an issue with audio driver - windows keeps saying I need to reboot to finish installation of this device: high definition audio bus. Restarted several times but I keep getting this message. I took the build back to before this was installed, but it reinstalled immediately and continues to indicate I need to restart the computer to finish setting up high def audio bus. Anyone else having this issue?

If you have a backup for your drivers, you should probably first defer FU & Quality updates:
How to Defer Feature and Quality Updates in Windows 10

Windows Update - Defer Feature and Quality Updates in Windows 10
Then after that go to Device manager to update the driver by browsing your computer to locate your drivers backup folder:

This way the driver with problem won't be reinstalled. I hope that helps.

...but I could not reproduce the first bug in the Action center in any way before installing this CU...

After installing this CU, I looked at the task manager and they had not separated the processes so I assume that bug has not been fixed yet...
I finally found a way to reproduce this bug in the Action center in a consistent way and, without any doubt, the bug persists in the build 17763.288, it was not fixed with this CU.

The Action Center might suddenly appear on the opposite side of the screen before appearing on the correct side.

pbcopter had already said in another comment that the bug had not been fixed, but until today I could verify it by myself.
