@Bree, I don't understand it. Mine works just fine.
As I have my printer set with a static IP, I also added the printer's configuration page too. And that works too.

Did you follow al the steps, as described? Do you mind giving it another try .

It's late night here...so more testing tomorrow! @Bree, I hope you get it to work, if you can find the time to redo it, step by step.

I followed the steps to the letter. The 403 error is a response from my router's web server. Edge is connecting all right, but in a way the web server doesn't like. My router is refusing the request. I get the same 403 error in Firefox and IE, so it seems it is my particular router that's the problem.

HTTP 403 is a standard HTTP status code communicated to clients by an HTTP server to indicate that the server understood the request, but will not fulfill it.

    Cannot install kb4480116

I simply get a failed install message during the reboot after running the msu which runs fine.
    I have tried :-
    a) running the troubleshooter.
    b) Downloading it for manual install.
    c) running sfc /scannow which actually found a problem or two but didn't cure the install problem.
All other updates have installed OK. All I seem to have managed to prove is that Win Updates is probably not the problem.
    SSU KB4470788 is installed.
UAC turned on for the install.
    Webroot AV Off
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth reports No Corrution.
    Any suggestions welcome.
