Yes I see what everybody here are saying. When I first tried to access the router via IP address, I pasted the address in the "Address/Search" area and I would not receive anything ie it just cleared the URL. This is what I entered "http://192.168.1.1/start.htm". Got out of edge and fired it backup and gave it the IP addr of my NAS box. It came back with a bing search for that IP address ? LOL. I then exited edge and restarted, I put the routers IP address in again and now it gives me a BING search.

Now it must be using the previous history entry not what I'm typing in ? No wonder they are going to dump this piece of JUNK.

Exactly the same here excluding the NAS Box
As an aside have you checked the Event Viewer to see if it has the same error reported as others here have posted.

I have installed the x64 edition Home 1809 17763.253 and I noticed that the Windows Defender Offline doesn't work, and the tool fix problems Blue Screen is missing from the Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Has someone else these problems? Thank you!

Yes, I can confirm that the Defender offline scan doesn't seem to work in x64 17763.253. It goes through the motions of rebooting and starting the offline scan, then immediately reboots without apparently completing a scan.

I've just checked and the Blue Screen troubleshooter wasn't in 17763.194 either, maybe it was removed in 1809? I've checked and it was certainly there in 1803.

I am doing it right now on my second machine and it seems to be running fine with the "Start Time; Items scanned; Percent complete (it has not finished yet and at 92%)." Just to let you know.

Your specs say Pro, PsGate13 (and my test) was using Home. Maybe that makes a difference?

I run Windows Defender Offline to Home Edition once again. The first did not work. The second time completed the scan in command prompt mode. Maybe I helped run the DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Scanhealth and SFC / scannow commands do not know. Thanks for your answers!
