Installed - went smooth, no issues with update.

Using Edge after update = can longer access router GUI (started only after current update).
Switching back to Firefox, or using IE there is no problem accessing the router GUI.

It won't show in update history, because it's not an update....just a new version of a standalone app.
For Wiley and others. Let's reword this:

It is an update to a standalone app.

    (Yes, it does show...)

considering the one report that had 83% of the Win10 users on 1803 and 6% on 1809 through the end of 2018 (when previous patterns had the current version taking over quickly after release), I suspect that the pace has been intentionally deliberate. So i'll keep sticking around and I suspect one of these days it'll arrive here without needing to be told.

NO problems updating, but after updating, Edge (and only Edge) cannot access WiFi router page.
Every update, a new issue!!! Way to go Microsoft

I have that same issue (only tested after seeing your post)
As you and @ddelo say, IE works as does Chrome (my usual choice) works OK. Just Edge proving its usual worth!
