Still can't run this new build in enhanced mode on Hyper-V so that aspect has not been fixed.
Exactly what I wanted to know, thanks again Phil.
I just got home from work and I'm downloading now.

once again, this build goes to sleep but won't wake up except to a blank screen with cursor!

This feature works fine, it's an issue on your end. As I said, try chipset drivers, network drivers , display drivers etc.
All those other insiders on feedback hub with this issue also need to troubleshoot.
Not completely accurate, ER. Just because a feature works fine for you doesn't mean it works fine for everyone. After all, we Insiders are working with Previews! That means there are bugs. It does not necessarily mean that the issue is at the Insider's end; although, it could be, it's probably not.

As an example, here's a partial list of problems discovered and my experience while checking them out:

Sticky Notes doesn't open - Works fine for me.
Recycle Bin UI messed up - Not messed up for me.
Can't download and apply new Themes - I have this problem.
Sseem to be getting spaces between letters - I've asked for a screenshot.
Goes to sleep but won't wake up - I don't have this problem.
Sandbox - Get flash screen then closes - I have this problem.

As you can see, I am affected by some and not by others. Does that mean those that may have worked in the last Build but not in this Build are my fault? I don't think so . . . IOW, blanket statements are dangerous because they don't help and can confuse those who aren't as savvy as most of the geeks here. (Not you @magilla)

    Mine and Phils not though.
You generally do a clean install, I don't think I should have to to fix something they so nicely busted.

Another thing they broke is, Administrative Regional settings, when you apply current user to welcome screen and new users.
When I try to apply, I just get the spinning mouse and it doesn't do anything and I need to nuke it using task manager.

@Kari : Do you have a virtual machine (Hyper V) running in enhanced mode with this build? If so that is excellent news.

Completed the upgrade to 18309.1000 last night in just under one hour including the ISO creation. No bounces this time. After the installation I received a Green Screen (first time this has ever happened) with a bindflt.sys error code. The system rebooted and is now running with no discernable problems.

And after a restart, it defaults back to the first screenshot.

Like I said before, they are breaking the basic that have always worked to ad more convoluted bling-bling
