Thank-you Brink for all you do! As often happens, clicking on the link in the System Update section of Win10 to see what changes are occurring, doesn't show anything but an empty page at Microsoft.com..

Enough people use Internet Explorer to cause this emergency fix?

Well, they slithered in an update on me today when I wasn't looking...thought I was running 17763.168--turns out it is 17763.194, and no idea why it isn't .195. But, as it is about to be absorbed and engulfed by 18305, it scarcely matters. On with the download...

Got the build .195 today, was hooping it would solve some issues, still cant open 2 apps: PlayOn and Kodi 17.6. They open up for Max 5 seconds and then close again, have had this issue since I got updated from 1803, any help is appreciated.

did everything but rename catroot2 and after doing that it installed

Windows update installed this update, requested reboot and promptly gave a BSOD:



After resetting the the PC, the patch had been applied, rebooted itself and booted it up the second time with no issues.

Looks to me that Windows can fix BSODs by itself sometimes...
