seems to be fixed for me. Pre load is back. I shut down restart and both ways content Ian loaded and lockscreen even appears if I don’t log in right away... :) I don’t have fast startup enabled, hibernation file is turned off and still works
    Correction...

Pre-load works for me also, on fresh boot and restart!

I guess, on a fresh boot, I'm making coffee so, it's ready when I get back; on a restart, I'm right there waiting to get back in so, it's still loading!

I do have the option to set the default tab in the task manager, but I don't have other features like the "friendly dates" or "Windows sandbox", many features are in A/B test in this build...

I have read through a fair few pages of this thread but not all so apologies in advance but:
I have noticed that userbenchmark shows poor performance on all my storage since last update. Previously NVME, SATA SSD and HDD were much better than average.
There is another prob too but I have had 3 cans of beer now so it will not come to mind until about 3 nanoseconds after I hit the button!

Actually cpu performance has INCREASED, something that has to do with retpoline workaround for spectre, which is new in 19H1.
Also I notice VM's wake up faster, pointing to storage performance increasing, that's with the default windows driver(standard sata ahci controller)

I have the 18305 and the update to it ok, but it has failed about six times with the NVIDIA display 25.21.14.1681.
    The error code is 0x800703e3.
If it never works, I won't worry, as the graphics card is a lowly Geforce GT 730, which works fine with my 27" AOC @2560x1440.
