    Hi folks

    In the Main OS you can see the sandbox via Network browsing (enable Network discovery) on the sandbox) but you can't share any discs with it since it doesn't recognize any sensible user account so it seems you can't copy data from a Host OS disc to the sandbox's "C" drive which rather makes the whole kybosh a bit useless for trying to install anything.

    I'll do a test to Poodle Fake it by RDP'ing from Sandbox to host or the other way around - if either works.

    I think also one needs to have some way of adjusting the size of the sandbox disc, saving it and re-loading it again.

    Anybody minded to keep playing with this -- seems a good idea to have the sandbox but from what I see currently it has such limited functionality it's fairly useless.

    Back to my VM's then for the moment. I'll rest this build for a few days.

    Cheers
    jimbo

    @jimbo45

    Just drag and drop any installer from your host to the Sandbox and it will get copied over.

    ...Wait!!! now I lied, let me check...

    Sandbox works here but now what ? Can run only basic APPs and applets, don't see other disks and none of programs installed in host. It's also in dead slow speed.
    The purpose of this new feature clearly appears in the flight notes:

    It is not made to replace a virtual machine nor does it have nor will it have the same options.

    I'm not trying to make it work as VM just as a sandbox what a program like Sanboxee does. So Sandbox works just in protected space in the host, doesn't virtualize whole OS like VMs do.

    @jimbo45 @CountMike

    Use clipboard: CTRL + C on selected file on host and CTRL + V in Sandbox and the file will copy over. Drag and drop does not seem to work.

    Here's an example I scratched together (go to YT to see the description):

    Tnx. that does work. Just tried adwcleaner.exe and it works.
    There, just installed Firefox in it.
