Yes, that would be the important part, wouldn't it? By this, I mean you have VB6 installed on a host. You enable Sandbox (which is really enabling Hyper-V, basically) on the same host and reboot. At this point, it used to be that VB would no longer work. Now perhaps it does.
That's my understanding too. I also don't have enough RAM in my VMs and I don't think I can give them much more. I've only got 8GB on the host so anything more than 3GB really slows thing down but I'll try in the morning.

This is first download that has not failed at least once in many of the skippy/fast downloads in a long time. It is also fastest appearing in a while for me.

I didn't risk it and used UUPDownloader again.

I turned in back on but it stayed on for a few seconds then went back off. So NOOOOOO -- not present!
Not present on my AMD computer, but present on my Intel computer. So far, that's all that has completed. Go figure.

Thank you CountMike and Magilla. Menu bar was turned on in settings but not showing, clicked it on and off but would not show, turned it off and rebooted pc then turned it back on all seems back to normal. Last two builds not been good for me, lots of bugs, still no sound from X - Fi card too

X-Fi sound problems noted in prologue. Back to menu bar, -- no, menu bar is NOT present on Intel computer either. I was in the wrong partition when I checked. So, NO menu bar in this build on IE11.
