Hi experts. I need your help!

I'm stuck with Insider Preview 10.0.18282.100 since Nov 22nd, and keep getting the notice that it expired on Dec 14th and must upgrade, but no upgrades are found when running Windows update.
A clean install is out of the question?

When I set to "Fast", it tries to update to 10.0.18305.1003, but fails every time with error 0x80070003.

What should I do? Keep trying with "Fast" or revert to "Slow" and wait for a future release?

    Thanks!
Have you tried resetting Windows update? Always worked for me..

I would hate to have to reinstall everything... If I were to go that route, where do I get the ISOs or files to install? I got Windows 10 p reinstalled on this PC...

You can use UUP downloader to get it on your PC. You may receive an error message asking you to download an additional file.
But Andre's suggestion is far less painful - if it works.

    hi, Hernamp,

That error code is extremely pertinant
Its saying that the Core base directory cannot be found, (in your case because its expired), so it cannot update, its a pre-requisite
(like in the old days W7 needed certain KB's to be pre-installed before you could update to SP1)

    Clean install unfortunately

    Roy

    EDIT
just had a really silly thought might just work - Change the date on your system

That's odd, how is his system less up to date than mine? I upgraded to this build from windows 1803 which has not been patched since june. It upgraded fine from the iso.
