Hi folks
VMWare fails if sandbox is enabled -- howedver unticking it again and then vmware works fine.
Seems at least with VMWare you can't run both a sandbox and a VM concurrently on the host.
@Superfly
in the vmware settings for a VM you can set the processor to enable virtualisation -- at least in VMware workstation --try setting those in your VM and having another test.
Cheers

Any software installed in Windows Sandbox stays only in the sandbox and cannot affect your host.
At least until someone inevitably discovers a vulnerability that allows malicious code to escape the sandbox and affect the host.
Superfly , can we reboot in sandbox-mode ?
For testing software needing reboot.........
Unfortunately, this is listed in Known Issues for now:
"Windows Sandbox does not support installers which require reboot."
