@Ultrainstict ~ 10 Mobile will not resurrect next year. Recent market success of Microsoft and the accolades of its boss, Satya Nadalla — who killed Windows 10 Mobile — guarantee its interment next year, as planned, lamentably.

And yet, a profound compromise does exist: The Windows 10 Mobile UI is being ported to Android via 'Launcher' apps. Ironically, it's rather like replacing START with 'Classic Shell Menu' or 'Start10'. Now, on Android, the direction is reversed!

Check out 'Launcher10' on Google Play. There are other '10' Launchers as well.

My phone no longer recognizes my Sim chip (it works on another phone just fine) but was able to update to the latest 15254.544
