Well, this is what I meant:
Build 18305.

I have not installed the build yet so I don't know if the other bug has also been fixed, maybe Microsoft doesn't even consider it a bug (as I said in that comment) but, after this fix made in 19H1, Microsoft will soon back-ported the other fixes to the October Update.
