Storage doesn't appear to be working properly....taking an age...after half an hour on two separate computers, ticked boxes had not been deleted....did a Restart to find the rotating circle with the customary warning "updating, do not turn off computer"...ignored this, shut down computer, then started up again.
Checked Storage to find everything was in order, all ticked boxes cleared.

Just created an fresh .iso of Windows 10 Pro installed and Updated completely.
Now every update went fine Except - KB4471332. (It shows Failed to install)

I already restarted my PC and tried manually checking for updates but it shows - "You're upto Date"

Also my Win 10 Version is as below....

So Am I good OR need to worry ?

According to that you have the latest version. There have been some failures of updates because they require a prerequisite Servicing Stack update. In those cases the update succeeds later. Have a look at your history to see whether a later update of KB4471332 was OK. Note that the Servicing Stack update doesn't show in the history.

No, and I think that Microsoft will not back-ported those fixes to O18U until they find a way to fix the bugs caused in the Action center in 19H1, this is one of the first things that I check after installing a new build of 19H1, I think that after they fix those bugs in 19H1, we can expect the other bugs to be fixed in O18U, of course, this are only my guesses.
I remember having that transparency bug in 1803 as well.

Yes, that's why in the comment I say that the problem "is worse in this build", I made several comparisons before writing that comment, and in the post I wrote on reddit, I also clarified that this is a problem that has been around for a long time.

I have Re-installed the OS and done updating and voila ! It got two entries of KB4471332, one failed and one successful - I guess the problem is resolved :)

    Thanks.
