Please note:
Build 18298 appears to come with a Trojan MBR Virus called MebrootDll.
My security system indicated the infection in real time while attempting to update to this build. Many other are finding out the hard way when their machines fail to boot if you follow Windows Insider Forums...
Of course such assumptions are RIDICULOUS. an mbr trojan from way back in 2008 is certainly not present in a official microsoft insider build, and never has been. And countless systems boot fine, in uefi of course and not mbr which is obsolete altogether. This is either a false positive by your AV suite, a conspiracy theory, or both.

It's curious that those options don't appear where they should be, that is, in Settings-Update and Security-Troubleshoot, in that section there is a link that leads to those options:
Another detail to mention in this build is that Cortana and Search are already separated, this was spotted some time ago, but to enable it it was necessary to use a tool, now this "separation" is available to everyone in this build.

That's interesting, though I find that idea intruding.
On another note, the VMware GSOD issue is actually an isolated mishap to specific systems, not appearing on amd processors or many intel series too. Those affected though, will certainly receive some fix, I believe by VMware, as it's their kernel driver that is misbehaving along with the windows kernel. Most other users- it's smooth sailing ,and has been on build 18290 as well- such per VMware's own forum topic.
Holy mother of searing soaring sultry sweetness tinmar49!!! I had to attack my Ibanez SG copy brutally for quite some time to get my throat working properly again, and the hair on my arms to stand back down after Ms. Fischer laid her scalding hot soul bare in THAT performance, sound is working excruciatingly well here...

Numerous glitches have disappeared including the lag in Explorer, and,
QTTabBar is not screwed up anymore! Workin fine!
This might be the build for people to enable the jump on the 19H1 train
