    i got it installed but had a unknown device i went into device manager and i inadvertently uninstalled it in there but its not popping back up ? any ideas.

    @Brink now that i'm done with the windows 10 update assistant am i free to uninstall it as its showing installed in programs and features.

    Since you have received cumulative updates since then you should have the fixes in that update anyway, as I understand it.

    No, but the one just installed 10/04 would contain everything in that one+. You'reup to date is all that matters now.

    It would also be very useful to update your hardware specs and give your actual winver.
