    i don't have any of the update hold backs so why am i not seeing this ??
    You are not seeing what!. If you are referring to the SSU in Control Panel, they are not called Service Stack Updates. Instead, they are under the banner of security updates like in the following screenshot: KB4465664; KB4470788 and KB4465477 are all SSUs.

    Pinned and last opened Word/Excel Documents now not showing anymore

    This Windows Update messed up the through right click activated Context list above the application icons of Word/Excel in the taskbar of previously pinned and last opened documents. Simply the lists are gone and are not re-populating either. Verified on two machines so far, latest Office version 1811 - Build 11029.20079

    Thanks for checking, got the list back now through the setting in Personalisation->Start->Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the Taskbar! Seem the function of this switch has been extended...

    You may want to check if you have jump lists turned off. Previously that feature was not working. In this release it is.

    So time for jump from 1803 to 1809 clean install or wait for next Cumulative Update?
    getting impatient for my yearly clean system :)
    @rezpower
    If you wait, you'll be getting the CU for 1803, on next Tuesday, PT. If you spend the time now to do your 1803>1809 now (over a quiet weekend), you get all the current CUs for 1809 (be at .168), and will get the CU for 1809 next Tuesday, PT.

    So wading thru all that, go ahead and do your "jump". You BP will go down, and you'll be all set.
