I also clicked but didn't receive KB4469342 & manually update it.

Why are you still using x86?

You have a weird one there. How about getting the standalone MSU and do it from that...
OK TC, the manual download and install WORKED! Install this way took about twice long this time as the first one via WU Update.

I was dreading uninstalling and starting over. But then today I'd updated some things and did have a fresh MR Image handy. In either event, I would have had a re-install. I didn't think of simply running the MSU. Thanks for another lesson in the fine art of "dancing with MS Updates".

I didn't received via WU, the Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4469041). I had to manually download and install this update.

    I don't know what happened but 2018-11 Cumulative Update KB4469342 Failed to install on ‎19-‎Nov-‎18 - 0x8024200d???

Then i have it installed KB4469342 for 3 times as you can see through image ????

    KB4469342 Successfully installed on ‎19-‎Nov-‎18???
    KB4469342 Successfully installed on ‎27-‎Nov-‎18???
    KB4469342 Successfully installed on ‎05-‎Dec-‎18???

    What happened? Thanks. Cheers!

About the same here, except after a successful install, I'm still showing V17763.134! "Successful Windows Update" MA.
My x86 machine did that, it showed 'successful install' after the download and the first part of the install - but never told me I needed to restart. Winver still said 17763.134. So I restarted anyway and the rest of the install continued as normal. After the restart Winver said 17763.168.

However, my x64 machine gave the prompt to restart as it normally does.
