About the same here, except after a successful install, I'm still showing V17763.134! "Successful Windows Update" MA.

Clayton, what does your Reliability History show? Me and a few others had it fail and then install. Like this:

Just done the latest updates and after first restart I clicked WU again just in case another update was there. It picked up KB4469342 again and I had to reboot once more to complete the install. Now I have 2 (KB4469342). Attaching a image of update history.Cumulative Update KB4469342 Windows 10 v1809 Build 17763.168 - Dec. 5-scramjet04.png
    Anyone else have this happen?

You have a weird one there. How about getting the standalone MSU and do it from that. In Shawn's post #1 here: Cumulative Update KB4469342 Windows 10 v1809 Build 17763.168 - Dec. 5 Windows Update - Windows 10 Forums

As luck would have it the bosses computer did the exact same thing.
So far all the others I have done have only wanted to install it once.

OK, I'll try nearly anything once. It's downloading now. I'll let you know. Thanks for the time and attention. I do appreciate it.
