Just done the latest updates and after first restart I clicked WU again just in case another update was there. It picked up KB4469342 again and I had to reboot once more to complete the install. Now I have 2 (KB4469342).
    Anyone else have this happen?
Similar here, on my Surface Pro 5

After apparently successfully installing KB4469342 and the net framework preview, winver reported 17763.134. At that time Update history showed a successful install of KB4469342.

Gave it another reboot, winver still reported 17763.134.
Manually checked for updates (again.) WU reported that KB4469342 was available. Let it install, and rebooted when prompted.
The screen shot above was taken after this 2nd installation. Now winver reports 17763.168

These extra updates in the month are different from the Patch Tuesday ones in that you only get them if you check for updates. There's no automatic delivery through windows update.

To download and install this update, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates.
You spec says you have Pro. Have you set a number of days for deferring Features Updates? There seems to be an interaction between this and checking for quality updates, if you have set anything other than zero you won't find these quality updates. Set the number of days to defer Features Updates to zero and try again.

Why these updates are not found when Win10 does it's regular check-for-updates, is a mystery. Every few days, I perform a manual check-for-update, and am often surprised to see one like this today.

I immediately come to this forum to get the details and read member's feedback, while the update is downloading and installing. As always, thanks to everyone who shares their experience with each of these!

OK TC, the manual download and install WORKED! Install this way took about twice long this time as the first one via WU Update.

I was dreading uninstalling and starting over. But then today I'd updated some things and did have a fresh MR Image handy. In either event, I would have had a re-install. I didn't think of simply running the MSU. Thanks for another lesson in the fine art of "dancing with MS Updates".
Good news, Clayton! Glad it worked for ya.
