With regard to the mapped drive issue, you can always try to troubleshoot your network adapters (network troubleshooting), but I don't think MS has fixed the problem yet as noted in:
https://www.zdnet.com/article/window...d-micro-clash/Microsoft says it is working on a resolution but warns admins not to expect a fix until "the 2019 timeframe". In a separate support document for the issue, tagged as KB4471218, Microsoft has provided several workaround scripts.
Update: It seems that this mapped drive issue has been resolved with KB4469342, but why would you still be having it, calls for more advanced troubleshooting like running dism command-lines or even a repair install.
