Reminded me of flash cartoons that you used to get in the late '90s/early 00's. They were great fun. I was reminded of that song Mambo no. 5 which had lots of funny flash cartoon versions you could watch (20 years ago) with feeble cartoon graphics. I tried to google "flash a bit of monica" but didn't get family friendly results...
Chromium is an open-source project. I use Vivaldi and it is currently using Chromium ver 70.
Chromium is now using the Blink rendering engine.

Maybe this is the only way MS can avoid using Flash. The browser EDGE may require it to run..
So? You can download the source for PowerShell or MS/DOS from Github if you are so inclined although why anyone would is beyond me.
My problem with Chromium is it uses more CPU than Firefox (which is also open-source).
I think generally one would use Chromium if your PC was more up to date and otherwise stick with Firefox. How they license things is pretty irrelevant - at least to me.
