Again they add z8350 support but has no meaning because z8350 is a 406c4 processor and needs 410 microcode.
So even if u have a z8350 the microcode don't load because in KB4465065 they add a microcode for 406c3 processors.

@Brink i installed it and my z8350 406 microcode updated to 410. So i seems to have the correct microcode.

I may be dense, but just to be sure:

If this current KB4465065 chart (03-19-2019) shows an unchanged value of "Intel microcode update revision" for a given CPU ID versus the chart published earlier (say 02-04-2019), does that mean that this update does not have any new (or revised) microcode for that CPU?

Both my desktop and laptop processors have been listed on KB4465065 since the microcode update first came out around 11-27-2018, with the same microcode update revision number each time. That means no changes needed for those CPUs, correct?

    Absolutely correct.
The updated KB4465065 doesn't add new microcode for every CPU in the list. It does it only for the ones that the CPU developer (intel/AMD etc), provides updated microcode.

I haven't installed this update, but for my Broadwell E 6900K in my BIOS the CPU has microcode 02e rather than the 02c in this update ... hmmm .

Indeed, the BIOS 1903 from Feb for my Strix Gaming even took the OC hampering away.
