I decided to uninstall this update as I had to download it since my WU settings would not offer it.

That went bad as it hung at 100% at final reboot.

I then used Macrium to restore the previous Build 17134.407.
I have 2 other systems that are on Build 17134.441 and will leave them as it.

Will see what Tuesday brings.
