Marty you can download 17763.167 full version using UUPDownloader. I checked it out tonight and it looks ok.

I have yet to test this but I think this may be the fix to the nasty virtual switch issue many of us have had when hyper-v is enabled and an external switch set up causing downloads speeds to be severely impacted.

"Addresses a performance issue with vSwitch on network interface cards (NIC) that do not support Large Send Offload (LSO) and Checksum Offload (CSO)."

I am on the Slow Ring. MS issuing CU with no release note is yet another weirdness. I'll stay put here until MS releases an ISO with the cumulative updates.
Staying put on Slow Ring will simply update you beyond 17763 to 18xxx eventually and the fact the Slow Ring is not getting this CU suggests a Slow Ring build will be out shortly.

MS are unlikely to release a new iso beyond 17763.107 in near future, if at all.

If you want to guarantee staying on 17763.134, either leave the Programme or move to Release Preview Ring.

OK but can you notice any change at all 17763.134?

Hi, I joined Insider yesterday and got the .167 upgrade. I have an HP 24 All in one with 4GB Ram, 1 TB HD, Intel 620 graphics and the problematic graphics drivers that supposedly cut out the audio. So far. I have had no problems with this version.
And also, I have a dual boot with LM19. Usually going from 1803 to 1809 would wipe out my Grub bootloader. But in this case it didn't.

I will watch for your test results with interest. The only machine I cannot (yet) update to the public release of 1809 is the one I run VMs on as it suffers from the virtual switch issue when I do.
