When I was young, my father sent me into town to have our cow serviced. I watched what went on, and ever since then I understand what is meant by "Customer Service".

Personally, I think it is another sign of poor management when "experimental" features get out into the production environment. But I guess that is only if quality of the product is important...

She just did! When I clean installed 1809, I declined Cortana's inital proposal, and disabled all the telemetry/location/etc. "privacy leaks" in setup.

Now, days later and out of the blue, a notification flyout says,

"Hi! I'm Cortana, and I can be your personal assistant ...... Want to try?"

I couldn't get a screen grab because it went away whenever I clicked anywhere else.

I am still not entirely sure what she or it wanted me to try...
