It is unacceptable and unprofessional for any software company of any size to release any software without release notes, unless it is for a valid security reason/s in which case this should be stated.
How can Insiders test a release without knowing the areas which have changed! MS are undermining their own Insider Programme and undervaluing its members.
The bightness problem, at startup 50%, seems to be fixed with this build.
The trouble is @MUser that Insiders aren't limited to checking out changed areas. The areas that have changed and hopefully fixed may well have broken other areas. Another problem is that errors we have reported to Microsoft quite often get ignored, so yes you are correct in stating that Insiders are undervalued.
Most problems do however get sent to Microsoft by tlemetry.
I just updated to .134 but I'm in the middle of an upload to a virtual ESXi server so I can't actually tell if I'm on the RP ring. Why would there be a release preview for a presumamly complete release? And why would there be no release notes? It passeth understand.
#WindowsInsiders there are no new builds this week as we’re all taking off time to celebrate American Thanksgiving with our families. Happy Thanksgiving!
