Tilapia is not so common in the UK. Our fish farms are mostly salmon.
While that is true, Tilapia is the MOST aquacultured and exported fish on the planet.

Oh, yes, it was offered and it has been through the getting ready, downloading etc etc then failed with "There were problems installing some updates, but we will try again later". Gave error 0x0000374.

Been through this rigmarole several times with same result.
And did you use tutorial to reset update?

Deep fried fish is not good for you unfortunately.
If it's fried in the proper oil, it is.

Today I did a clean install of 18282 and have a problem with MSN News app.
If I'm logged with my account it works ok, but if I'm on built in administrator account shows an errror.
Tried to reset the app, uninstall and reinstall from store. Every time shows same error.
    Any advice?
    Thanks!

Apps are not allowed to work in a built-in Admin account for safety/security reasons

A normal Admin account works fine - it is the built-in admin account that has several elevated privileges and is potentially dangerous to allow apps access via this type of account. Under normal circumstances the built-in Admin account is always disabled, only being enabled for emergencies such as when you have lost your normal admin account and can only log in with a standard user account.

    Outdated information, not correct.

Until version 1703, it was not possible. Since version 1709, Microsoft made a really bad decision, allowing UWP and PWA apps to be installed, updated and run when signed in as built-in admin.

Since 1709, it has also been possible to switch built-in admin to a Microsoft account, another bad decision; once switched to MSA, it is no longer possible to switch built-in admin to a local account.

Thanks for the correction. I agree it is most unwise to allow such access - I can only assume MS thought the fact that built-in admin is disabled was enough protection.
