Download the Archive version and there will be no more alerts.

I agree, the archive version only prompts 1 alert on Virus Total as opposed to 20 alerts with the executable version.

Neither Defender nor Malwarebytes threw any alert in my case.

I've run NOD32 AV, SuperAntispyware and Malwarebytes over the executable version and the Archive version and they show both versions are clean. I tend to use the Virus Total website just to see what other AVs throw up.

Do you remember this new option to choose whether to automatically apply or not the recommended troubleshooting? well, this is what appears in this build:
New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast + Skip Build 18282 (19H1) -Nov. 14-torubl.jpg
I think that you can't choose anymore, it seems that now it is automatic by default.

PS, before someone says something about the registry, it can surely be done by modifying the registry, but I'm not talking about that and also that kind of things is not done by the "average user"

The executable DL in Leo's post works like a charm. Just did it. Dl the .exe of Be ta 7 and put it in a directory by it self. Then execute it. Pick and choose, and all automatic.

Finally got it. Cannot download the archive version he suggested—keeps opening in notepad. Able to use compiled version and completed after selecting desired build and etc and it did complete as you indicated. Thanks @f14tomcat once again to my rescue.
