I got PHP backend test failure. I need to install Redistributable 2015 x86.

Exactly the same here. And my comp has always updated properly from Oct 2014!! Not much we can do about it I guess as you seem to have tried a good few things.

Sure but like most people I've got a 64-bit PC so which selection should I make?
Surely it's not arm64 or amd64?
Apols as I've never used the uupdownloader before but was hoping it might get me around the )xc0000374 error I'm getting for the install
I need the fix as I'm getting explorer crashes when browsing mp4 files (oddly mkv are fine)

There is a Beta 4 by the way and it works perfectly... on my system at least.
