    Hahahaha! I told her specifically not to Shut Down, but she did it anyway. Of course, it didn't work, so she Restarted and that did the trick.

    Not sure about Home, it may not be because MS really limits some of the update related controls in Home. If you have Pro, go to Settings>Update and Security>Advanced (small blue words in middle of page). The screen I posted should come up.
