First off, I would suggest to make a full system image backup and then give it a try with:
Update to Latest Version of Windows 10 using Update Assistant Installation & UpgradeUpdate to Latest Version of Windows 10 using Update Assistant
If there is anything preventing you from upgrading to the latest version, this move will definitely give you a clue whether or not there is a problem with your system i.e., hardware, driver issue. The backup will help you in rolling back in case anything goes south.

@Emer,
Also remember this:
Note on upgrade blocks:Blocking the availability of a Windows 10 feature update to devices we know will experience issues is a key aspect of our controlled rollout approach to provide users with a great update experience. We decide what to block based on user impact from closely monitoring feedback and device diagnostics. Blocking issues are a high priority for us to address as quickly as possible. If we detect that your device may have an issue, such as an application incompatibility, we will not install the update until that issue is resolved, even if you “Check for updates”. We do this so that you avoid encountering any known problems.
Been using a pci Creative x-fi sound card and have had no issues, running build 1809. Today Windows Update installed new drivers for the sound card, version 6.0.240.25, and now nothing works, cant select the sound card, there are no properties to configure, and no sound plays.

Hi All,
I can't set up OneDrive to a different drive. My system drive is only 112GB.
The app crashes when I use the change button on Set up folders.
